The museum is open Saturdays and Sundays 12.00 – 16.00 between 16th June and 19th August.

During the Emigration festival, the museum is also open Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 14.00 – 18.00, between the 04th and 06th July.

Free admission for children under 16 years.

Opening of the festival by Mayor Omland.

Time: 11.00 Church service in Fjotland church.
Time: 12.00 Opening of the Fjotland Museum. Traditional Norwegian food will be served at Torvløvbakken Gard Farm. Live entertainment and competitions.

Wednesday 28th June
Time: 14.00 – 18.00 Opening of the Lister Emigration Museum.
Time: 19.00 Shrimp Festival in Feda town.

Thursday 29th June
Time: 14.00 – 18.00 Lister Emigration Museum is open.
Time: 19.00 Song and music at the Kulturhuset Cultural House.

Friday 30th June
Time: 14.00 – 18.00 Lister Emigration Museum is open.
Time: 19.00 Village party at the Kulturhuset Cultural House. Country music evening at the pub Kraageland Kro.

Saturday 1st July
Time: 10.00 – 15.00 Valleycellebration in the town center.
